Terms & Conditions

The following terms govern the services provided by Grace Auto Collision at 1603 Bruce Way, Seagoville, TX. By authorizing repairs you agree to these conditions.

Estimates & Authorization

Verbal in-person estimates are complimentary. Insurance estimates are $200 (deducted from the final bill if the job is approved). Written authorization is required before repair work begins.

Payment

Payment in full is due upon completion and prior to vehicle release. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved insurance direct pay.

Insurance Work

We work on your behalf, not the insurance company's. Supplements and any customer-elected repairs beyond the insurance scope may increase the final invoice.

Storage

Vehicles left more than 3 days after completion notification may incur daily storage fees.

Warranty

We warrant workmanship on repairs completed at our shop for as long as you own the vehicle. Warranty excludes damage caused by subsequent accidents, misuse, or normal wear.
