Do you accept insurance claims?
Yes. We welcome insurance claims and assist throughout the process. The $200 insurance inspection fee is deducted from your final bill when the job is approved.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome for most services. Window tinting and window replacement require an appointment — please call ahead.
How much is an estimate?
Verbal in-person estimates are FREE. Insurance estimates are $200 (deducted if work is approved). Mobile estimates are $100.
Do you work for insurance companies?
No. We work for YOU. We'll help navigate the insurance process, but our loyalty is always to the customer.
Are you bilingual?
Yes — our team serves customers in both English and Spanish.
What are your hours?
Monday–Friday 8 AM–6 PM, Saturday 10 AM–5 PM. Closed Sundays.
